Travelling over a year through eighteen cities in eight countries, the exposure to other cultures, to diverse social, political or economic matters, is constantly stimulating, mind-opening, inspirational, exhausting.

The program does not allow time for wandering or for developing a structured and detailed documentary work.

I capture images of people and urban environments, by chance along our movements, at times from a coach or a train, or while walking.

The images do not convey a message with a code, they catch simply and naturally an insignificant moment in a city. They compose the background of our discussions and meetings with captivating people to shape a broader, deeper and highly contrasted vision of urban living.
